All returned goods must be returned with all packaging,

Emms Little Gems and returned by the customer to Emms

until such goods shall have come into custody of Emms
Little Gems at the premises of Emms Little Gems where
(having regard to the nature of the goods and the reason
for their return) the goods will be unpacked and or
inspected. |

Items returned and that Emms little gems consider to have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear will not be replaced or refunded. |

All cancelled orders must be returned (in the condition
received) otherwise you will be charged at full retail
price along with costs arising to the recovery of the
